Hobonichi Pencil Board / Underlay Tomitaro Makino Botanical
This pencil board gives you a hard surface to write on when you don't have a table handy, so you can take notes on the train or in a chance meeting. Just slip it beneath the page you're writing on to create a sturdy writing surface. The "Today" tab at the top also serves as a bookmark, and the pencil board has a grid pattern on one side and a metric ruler on the other. It's available in two sizes to fit your Hobonichi planner (or other similarly sized notebooks).
The A5 pencil board features a dandelion and Japanese thistle drawn by Tomitaro Makino. The back is a bright dandelion yellow.
The Weeks pencil board features botanical drawings by Tomitaro Makino including a globe thistle and cornflower. The back is a purple reminiscent of a globe thistle.
